Coil Clean
We will remove the evaporator coil, and using a highly
cleansing detergent agent, clean all mold, mildew and impacted dirt from
the coil. We then replace the coil and the refrigerant as needed.
Duct Sanitize
Using a hospital strength anti-bacterial disinfectant, we
sanitize the entire duct system. We will also clean the outside of all
grilles and add a pleasant smelling air freshener in the system.
Leak Detection
Using state of the art detection units, we will
detect even the most minute amount of refrigerant loss.
Service Calls
We provide 24 hour a day service calls for only $45.00,
with a guaranteed 2 hour response time. This includes weekends and
holidays. The service charge will be waived if repair work is performed.
Duct Repair
We will repair or replace any type of residential
or light commercial ducting systems.
